Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE This Ford Excursion is a 2005 Limited with the 6.0L Diesel. LOADED with every option that was available on this model. It was manufactured and rolled off the assembly line in December 2005, so one of the last models built. I purchased the vehicle with 9k on it in late 2006. We chose the Excursion for the Diesel power and it's sheer size... It is a beast and is awesome to drive. Rides extremely smooth... quite amazing. It is mainly driven by my wife, but we do occassionaly take it on long trips. We just returned from MS for Thanksgiving and it purred the whole way. Averaged somewhere around 19-20 mpg. I just flipped 72.5k miles. . . I HATE to sell but am relocating to the UK by year-end and MUST SELL... I am also selling a 2012 Rubicon.This vehicle was rear-ended in October of 2011. My wife and son were sitting still at a traffic light and another car hit them from behind. We replaced the bumper and patched the right rear door and quarter panel. We also just replaced the brake pads and added 4 brand new BF Goodrich T/A KM2 LT285/75R16. Drives like a champ.
