All offers considered! Please do not make an offer if you have little feedback. Call first. This auction is for all three cars (1993, 1995 and 2000 Cobra R models) to be purchased as a collection. Call with any questions. All three of these cars are from the same private collection. All three of these cars have been in climate controlled storage and covered during this time for protection. VIN is incorrect for the 93R for the listing. Since it hasn't been titled it would not recognize and allow me to make this post. Happy to send anyone the VIN information. Thanks Just for the sake of hitting the high points and not putting many buyers to sleep I'm going to omit most of the details about what makes a Cobra R different from other Mustangs. If you're considering purchasing one of the three of these cars you likely know the details on all three. For those that do not know the history of these cars, feel free to call me for a description or I would be happy to exchange e-mails about the specifics on these automobiles. Thanks for your understanding. Up first is a (#55 of 107) 1993 wrapper. The car was never dealer prepped so it has all the plastic on the interior components and grease markings still intact on the glass. Car is as new with no issues to be found at 275 original miles. This car is also still on MSO, so you can title the car and be the first or original owner if you so choose, at least per paperwork. I personally have not driven this car other than pulling it out of storage quarterly and letting the engine run and get to operating temps. All mechanical parts seem to work as they should. It has been strored and covered in a climate controlled shop, so it appears to have no dry rot issues or weathering on the different metals or rubber components. Everything looks as new. Next is (#158 of 250) the 1995 version. It has been driven 2228 miles. This is an original example wearing all original parts except for the battery and the gas tank. Anyone looking at these cars is usually aware of the life span of the Fuel Safe fuel cell bladders. It started dripping about a year ago. The resolution to this problem for a collector was found in having a fuel cell built. This car currently has a perfect copy of the original bladder style fuel cell, but was built as a road going or touring cell. I have pictures of the before and after, looks identical. It requires no bladder and will look and perform as the original with no need to ever buy or replace another bladder until the owner chooses. With that being said, the original cell is intact and included with the car as it should be minus the bladder. The bladder can still be purchased from Fuel Safe if the new owner desires having it back to exact factory spec. This car has not always been stored in a climate controlled enviroment in my opinion due to the fact that the tires have some dry rotting. One will leak down some over time. See the resolution to this below in the details. Otherwise this car appears stock and new also. Last but definitely not least (#72 of 300) is the 2000 R. This car has also been driven and has 3561 miles on the clock. This car is original with the exception of the battery also. It appears to have been properly stored its entire life as all materials look fresh and as new. The Fuel Safe fuel cell on this 2000 is still in great condition with no issues. If it arises I would duplicate the resolve as the 95. This car looks great and needs nothing. The paint and interior look exceptional. As mentioned earlier in reference to the 95 tires... Parts have been collected with these cars just like the cars themselves. This is a list of extras... For the 93 we have two sets of 94 17" wheels to replicate the 94 wheel that was used on the 93 with 4 chrome center caps new in the original Ford packaging. We also have four correct Gatorback sticker tires (but not date code correct) in new condition. We also have this for the 95. We have four original Motorsport R wheels in silver in the boxes along with six BFG sticker tires. These would resolve the drying condition of the 95 tires. Also for the 2000 we have a full set of take offs from one of the 300 R's. The car had about 300 miles on it. These are the correct wheels and the correct treadwear 100 tires. I also have a set of new sticker tires in the treadwear 200 compound. These are correct except for the treadwear. I also have an original 17" 98 cobra style spare that was used for the 2000 model. It has the proper stickers, tire, etc for a 2000 spare. I also have a new in the box Ford Racing 00R factory replacement hood. We have extensive paper work that comes with each of these cars including the binder and decals for the 2000. We also have three custom made car covers for each R that are also UV resistant. All of this is included with the buy it now price only, otherwise it will be negotaited to an agreed upon amount. It's very hard to list every single detail for each car. Feel free at any point to call or come and take a look at them for youreself. Also, if you're unable to come see them during the duration of the auction and have interest, we would welcome any third party inspectors on your behalf. If anyone wants to fly in to (BNA) Nashville airport and have us pick you up that can also be arranged. We will also be happy to assist in the staging of delivery or pick up. If you have any questions feel free to contact Brian at 615-220-9000. If I do not answer please leave a detailed message and I will return your call. Also feel free to use e-mail if that is more comfortable.
