This Beauty was kept in my uncles garage for ten years when I decided to start working on it on 2011, After nearly two years the car is in good condition, drives nice shifts gears really smoothly. It was restored down to the metal, all the dents were fixed before the paint job we also cut out the floor panels and put on new ones as you can see on the picture to remove the rust on them.It has a 1200 cc engine that came of a 65 Beetle, not the original engine but same size. It is super efficient on gas. -Rebuilt transmition.-New brake master cylinder-All new brake lines and hoses.-4 new brake slave cylinders-New wheel hubcaps-All new chrome accesories.-Restored floor panels.-Rebuilt 1200cc engine.-All new carpet and upholstery to match the original dessing color white with light blue accenst.-Original radio-Original turning signals that flap out of the car.-Complete 12 Volt conversion.-All new light bulbs. Including porsche style headlights.-Restored Chrome bumpers, front and back-All new wiring harness.-New door panels.-All new paint job inside and outside.-New headliner, white.-New window and door seals.-Shinny chrome accessory on the window seals. What it needs:the car needs new tires, and one of the white knobs on the dashboard is missing the radio has stop working but it seems to be something simple this is the original radio that came with the car, it is setup for 12 volts. This car needs minimal repairs to be in excellent shape, the work on it was done at a garage with a 25 year experienced Volkswagen enthusiast.
