Up for auction is my 1970 K-10 Chevrolet 4x4 pickup. I purchaced it from the original owner in 1998. It is equipped with a later 350 4bolt engine, 4 speed transmission. I lifted it 4" with springs all the way around. At that time I installed axles out of 1972 GMC 1/2 ton 4x4 with disk brakes in the front and 3.73 gears. I also installed the power brake booster from a 72 GMC 3/4 ton. It has a different rear axle in it now with 3.07 gears due to the rear axle pinion shaft bearing failing. I have the axle and replacement that go with it. It is a good running and driving truck. Engine runs good, doesnt seem to use oil. There are a few little leaks here and there. It has an Edelbrock Performer intake and a Quadrajet carb. It has Rams Horn manifolds and dual exhaust. The brakes all work good, powersteering box has a leak out the output shaft. I have a new seal for it, just have not installed it. The body is pretty straight, a few little dents on the outside. Bed also has a few dents here and there, but nothing is thrashed.Tailgate had some dents on the inside and slight rust on lower side. There is some rust in the cab corners, LH rocker panel and above windsheild. I have replaced the RH rocker panel. Floor is solid. I just cleaned the floor, installed some dynamat and a new floor mat. Dash mat has some cracks in it, as does seat cover. The dash does have a 1x2" hole near the radio where the original owner had a small clock installed. The cab gaurd I built slides into the bed stake pockets and can be easily removed. I have used the truck as a daily driver for the past two years on and off. It currently has some 33x12.50x15 BFG mud terain tires on it with about 40% tread. I hate to get rid of it, but we have to many vehilces at this time and this is the extra that needs to go. The pickup has a clean title, but is held by my credit union. As soon I as the buyer and I meet, we can get the title from the CU that day. It is sold as is, where is. No warranty. I can store for up to 30 days after payment is recieved if buyer needs to arrange shipping. I can deliver locally for a reasonable fee. $500 Paypal deposit due within 24 hours of end of auction. Balance within 72 hours or upon pickup with cash or bank check. Buyer assumes all responsibilty and liability at time of purchace.
