This is a repossessed vehicle that I am listing for the lender. I will attempt to describe the vehicle to the best of my knowledge of the history of the vehicle as well as my observation of the vehicle. Every effort is made to accurately describe the vehicle. Conditions are my opinion and may vary from person to person. The vehicles have not been inspected by mechanics unless stated specifically. Understand as a repossessed car there may be flaws that were overlooked in the inspection. If something is specifically important to you and not addressed in the description make no assumptions and contact me and we will discuss. Motor: The motor runs good. I test drove for about 15 miles. The service engine light is on. It looks like plug wires have recently been changed. The oil looks good and I just put a brand new Battery in vehicle. I smelled what seemed like a possible oil leak. I do not see evidence and could just be where some oil got on engine at oil change. I did not notice any smoking. Transmission: The transmission seemed to shift fine. The car has good pick up and smooth ride. I did not test the 4 wheel drive because it has many settings that I did not know about and did not want to mess up. Body: The body is in overall good shape. Scratch on passenger rear ¼ panel, hood and drivers door. There are a few other minor scratches. There is a dent on the hood at the A in LANDROVER and a dent above the right ¼ panel on hood. Glass is good. There is a bust in the plastic on the bumper on the front and rear bumper. Passenger side fog lamp is missing. Interior: The interior is good for the age. The leather seats are good with some wear. The dash is good shape. The driver side seat is broke and will rock. The interior needs a good detailing and there are some stains with the tan interior. The headliner is coning down at the front windshield. Power options: The power windows and doors work. The a/c works. Both sun roofs work. Tires and brakes: Tires are in good condition. Brakes need repair. The brake light is on and probably just needs brake fluid. The brake pedal is soft. I hope you can appreciate the straightforwardness of the description. We will work with the shipping company to make process as easy as possible. Winning bidder is required to pay a $250 deposit via PayPal within 48 hours of auction close. Buyer must contact us within 48 hours of auction ending to make final arrangements. Final payment and pick up of the vehicle is to be completed within 7 days of auction ending. Payment method is either cash in person or certified funds. The buyer will receive a title, bill of sale, and T-16 affidavit of repossession. Remember these are used cars that the lender has limited history on. The only known is that the prior owner did not pay for the vehicle. Understand that as a used car there is a possibility of mechanical failure.
