This is the last year for the Bronco and Ford sent the Classic Bronco out with all the goodies that make the Bronco such a sought after SUV. This one has been restored to the way it came from the factory including the rear fenders. The classic lines and character of the Bronco is timeless and is one thing that keeps these little trucks so popular. They have an excellent design for off-road and day to day driving. This one has the original bulletproof 302 V8 that helped build Ford Motor Company. It is one of the most reliable engines ever built in the auto industry and is the most desirable engine in the Bronco. This Bronco also has the convenience of the automatic transmission that adds to the comfort of city driving and day to day. The restoration has less than 1500 miles on it and is amazing to see. It was kept as close to original as possible except the hood struts, flowmaster exhaust, and the tub being Rhino Lined with the same color blue tint to match the paint. It is a solid truck and as clean on the bottom and engine compartment as the interior and exterior. It is a truck that will go up in value as you enjoy winning show trophies or just driving it. The pictures will speak volumes to the amazing condition of this Classic Bronco. The 1977 Bronco in many ways represented the best of the breed. There were very few changes from the previous year; the most important one for enthusiasts being the introduction of the heavy duty 9" rear end housing. The most obvious exterior change was the introduction of gas tank doors replacing the previous exterior mounted caps. The rear marker lights were mounted vertically to give clearance for the doors. Some previously optional items, such as a passenger's side seat and padded instrument panel, were made standard this year. Unique to the '77s is a 14.4 plastic gas tank and an 8 gallon auxiliary tank. The early Bronco today enjoys a cult-like status among four wheel drive and collector car enthusiasts alike. Its simple, sturdy construction, V8 power, and excellent maneuverability ensure good off road performance and provide a platform on which many modifications can easily be made. The popularity of the classic 1966-1977 Ford Bronco will no doubt continue to soar in the years to come.
