I purchased this vehicle a short time ago with the intention of modding it and adding a turbo to it. But i came across a really good deal on a 2006 GTI and have chose to sell this one. I hate to butcher up this unmolested GTI. Here are the details. This car has been garage kept its entire life and it shows. There is no rust, stone chips or paint work of any kind. The paint is shiny and flawless with the exception of one ding that is smaller than a penny on the drivers side below the rear window, The exterior is a 9/10. Tje interior is in VERY VERY good condition. The drivers side lower seat cover was replaced with a leather oem cover. Here are the good points. Newer Bilstein struts and shocks all around New tires. Runs EXCELLENT AND FAST! Factory Vw Roof bars All of the glass is good with no cracks or large chips Radio, a/c, heat, power windows and everything else works as it should including cruise control. No rust anywhere on the car. NO UST! NONE!!!! Flawless paint fob that still shines as new Climatronic climate control Cold air intake placed on it by original owner The not so good: Front chin spoiler needs to be replaced (A replacement will come with the car. Needs to be installed.) Sunroof titls only. Does not slide back Headliner has been pinned up in some spots in the rear. This is a very VERY clean car that has obviously been EXTREMELY WELL CARED FOR. You will have a VERY difficult time finding a Vw GTI this clean anywhere. I have driven this car over 200 miles and it runs strong. It is fast and handles extremely well like a GTI should. Car has no issues. The engine light is on. but i took it to my vw certified mechanic and had it checked out. It does not misfire and is firing on all 6. This car is just short of being pristine! Its actually very close or could be considered that in someones eyes! But I'll let you decide. Highest bidder wins. No reserve auction. Fly in and drive this car cross country in confidence.
