2005 Mercedes Benz C320 Sedan Up for auction is my 2005 C320 sedan. This vehicle is loaded - power moon roof, navigation, rear sun shade, iPod connection, fog lights, and much more. Exterior and interior clean up really well. Just a tad under 138k miles. Although the vehicle is in overall good condition, there are some mechanical issues. The battery is not holding a charge and it seems that if the vehicle sits for even just a few days, it needs to be jumped. The battery has been replaced, but the issue persists. The battery issue started happening right after the audio sound disappeared. All of the audio system functions, such as radio and CD are working, but you just cannot hear any sounds from the speakers. These issues may be connected, but I cannot make any guarantees about how easy or difficult this will be to fix, so I must sell the vehicle with this warning. The one other issue is that the front driver seat power settings will allow you to move up and down and lean back, but the seat itself will not move front and backwards. As you can see from the photos, the interior and exterior do clean up fairly well. The black interior is in nice condition and the black exterior still has a lot of gloss. The car has a few minor scratches and chips, including what is shown in the back bumper picture. The gas cap has some chipping at the bottom that is beginning to show. Vehicle is sold as-is. I've tried to disclose everything I could think of, but please ask any questions before bidding. Payment: Deposit of $500 is due within 24 hours of auction close. I purchased this vehicle as the 2nd owner with under 30k miles. It was a manufacturer buyback that had been taken back by Benz. There original issue was something about the exhaust they was repaired. I had no big issues for the next 100k miles or so. This is not a salvage title. Please feel free to send any additional questions.
