Available for sale is a 1949 Oldsmobile Rocket 88. 2-Door coupe. I have included pictures of when it was purchased (Blue) body work being done, and painted in black primer. It now sits in a barn collecting dust as you can see. Time to sell. I have a bill of sale from the owner no registration. Registration has not been in use since 1971 and the family sold it to me as is. A registration can be obtained. Vehicle has a 303 original motor with only 49,959 miles on it. It ran when put in the barn under its own power. All chrome as seen in the blue pictures has been either put back on or comes with the vehicle. The interior needs restoration. All gauges intact along with radio. Selling as is. If you have any questions, please ask early so that they can be answered in a timely manner. In answer to your questions about rocker panels, trunk and rust. Minor rust nothing rusted through. Floors and trunk solid, frame solid. Rear window needed just in case you missed it. This vehicle is in a barn with other vehicles parked up to it. So it is difficult to get any more pics. Tires need air and they are old. This is a project car that was purchased ten years ago , due to illness not completed.
