You are viewing my 1999 Mercedes Benz SL500 Convertible. The color is Smoke Silver (looks slightly on the gold side) on tan leather with a brown top. It also comes with the second hard top in the smoke silver color which isn't pictured because it is currently in storage (It will be included with the car). It has all factory options with the exception of the sport package. It includes heated seats, xenon headlights, Bose sound (with a Kenwood 6 Disk CD Changer that is Sirius Satellite Radio ready). The top works perfectly and all electronics also function as they should. I've spent the last couple months having a lot of major maintenance performed on the car that includes the following: 1. New Brown Convertible Top 2. Service Convertible Top Hydraulic System (Including extra fluid and more replacement seals if any additional service needed in the future). 3. New Goodyear Eagle Performance All Season Tires 4. New Premium Akebono Brake Pads 5. New Mercedes Benz Rotors 6. New OEM Bosch Mass Air Flow Sensor 7. Transmission Service at Werner Mercedes Benz in Salt Lake City (within the last 1000 miles) 8. New Secondary Air Pump 9. Replaced torn leather panels with Mercedes Factory Leather 10. New front windshield 11. Replaced one chrome rim 12. New Mann Air Filters 13. New Mann Cabin Air Filter 14. Steering Wheel Clock Spring with Steering Angle Sensor (Included but not installed as not yet needed) 15. New Mercedes Benz Factory Fog Light Replacement Lenses 16. New front inner and outer wheel bearings 17. New Mercedes factory all weather floor mats I will also be including an Autel Scanner Tool that provides you with the ability to get accurate problem code diagnosis as well as reset the airbag light and other service lights. Overall the car is in very good condition. There is only one rim with a bit of chrome flaking off (pictured) as well as a slight dent above the gas filler door caused by someone dropping the hard top (also pictured). There is also a chip in the passenger side headlight cover that is also pictured. After my last transmission service at Werner Mercedes they had a couple recommended maintenance items to be performed sometime in the future (This includes new engine motor mounts and replacement strut mounts as the rubber is aging in both places). Overall this is a very solid daily driver that anyone would be proud to own. Please let me know if you have any questions!
