For Sale, is my 1987 Ford f250 Lariat 4x4 with a clean title. I bought this truck in clean, straight shape a few years ago with the intention to restore it. I gutted the whole interior, and replaced everything inside including a silent floor and cab system, seat, carpet, trim, rubber in the doors, panels, speakers, paint. etc. I also put in a brand new engine and heavy duty clutch in the fall of last year. The new engine is a 460 7.5 litre that was originally built for a 32' boat. I was told it is 360Hp, and it feels like it! It runs great and has a lot of compression. It pulls very nice as well and has a lot of torque. It is outfitted with trailer brakes and heavy equipment for towing. All that needs to be done, and was next on my list is an exterior paint job, but I ran out of time and money. It's now been sitting since Feb, untouched on the side of my house. It also has a 150 gallon fuel tank with $450 external electric pump behind the cab in the bed. This truck is very clean and has no rust. I included pictures from when I did the interior this last winter. The truck is all put together and in excellent drivable condition right now as it sits. I used it in the spring to pull our camp trailer and it did excellent. Great Truck for someone looking for a super nice, solid, and dependable truck they can put their own finishing touch on. The A/C needs to be recharged, and the fuel pump in the front tank needs to be replaced. I was just using the rear tank as well as the tank in the bed when I drove the truck and it worked fine. On Oct-30-12 at 16:30:51 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to mention that the front end parts are all new as well. New ball joints, tie rod ends, pitman arms, drag link etc. They were all replaced last year. I also went through and replace both of the rear u-joints as well. The truck drives very smooth on the highway and handles very well. This truck will drive across the country and have no problems as it is right now.
