For sale is a gorgeous 1985 Chevrolet Corvette. It has 95k miles and the motor runs very strong. Bought it in January as a summer car but now Im back in school and need money.-4+3 Manual Transmission-In January: New clutch and flywheel, new brake pads-In May: By Turner Automotive in Victor NY (They specialize in Corvettes): All fluids changed including brake and clutch fluid, fresh inspection, lowering kit installed-In August: New battery, sparkplugs, sparkplug wires, rear hatch struts, new tail light bulbs, headlight motors completely gone through with new gears, fresh alignment Cons: -Airconditioning unit is 134A, it had a leak that was discovered by Sutherland Auto Service in Pittsford. The part has been replaced but the unit needs to be recharged.-Cruise Control does not work -One interior lightbulb does not workInterior is in pretty good shape. There is a small tear in carpet in driver side door. Original Bose Speaker system works great, antenna motor works flawlessly.The car has gorgeous wheels from a c6 corvette, wrapped in new Firestone Firehawk runflat tires. The tires alone are 275 a piece, not to mention the expense of the wheels.This car needs nothing! I drive it with no problems on sunny days, obviously no rain or snow! Clean title in hand. Although it is gorgeous, it is not perfect. There are a few nicks, and some spiderweb cracking on the rear bumper. There is also a small, repainted chip in the passenger door. These imperfections in the paint are not noticeable unless you look closely. I will upload more pictures soon. -The center front spoiler is missing, it is a 55 dollar part, I just never got around to ordering it as it is barely noticeable. -The interior carpet in the driver/passenger compartment is in good shape but the carpet in the rear hatch shows signs of wear. The rear brakes need to be bled. I will bleed the brakes before the buyer comes to pick up the car but if it is a long drive, I advise using a trailer to pick up the car.
