1975 Suzuki GT550 For Sale 1975 Suzuki GT 550 triple two stroke in good condition. Bike is unrestored and has always been protected inside and well maintained. Bike runs good and starts and idles at the tap of the electric starter and will even start with one easy kick should you choose to use the kick starter instead of the electric starter. Throttle works smoothly just as it did when new and quickly snaps back when you let it go as it should. Bike has no known mechanical issues and is registered, insured and ridden. Engine, clutch, transmission all function perfectly. Electrical components are functioning such as blinkers, horn, lights, neutral light, etc even the gear indicator light that displays which gear your in works perfectly. The oil injection system functions as it should . All chrome is original and in good condition, except the lamp, and all aluminium is also in good original condition. The paint on the gas tank is good, but remember this is an unrestored survivor so this bike has not just been sitting in a museum and is not without a couple flaws, but is as nice of an unrestored bike as you will find. Remember: This is a 37 year old complete bike. Tires need to be replaced in the near future. Good project for easy restoration, does not need much. You will need some knowledge to maintain this bike, but I throw in a Suzuki service manual. Almost rust free (came from New Mexico&Texas). Mileage shows 15290, but I'm not sure if this is correct.
