Vehicle Detail
No Reserve!! Sorry for those that were just watching the auction that I ended. But I messed up and started it in the morning. So it would of ended Monday morning. That would of made it hard for people at work to watch Here is a nice Duramax Truck. I've had this truck for about 5 years. I bought it used with about 25,000 miles on it. This summer my son and I went though the entire truck fixing it up for him. We replaced anything that we could find that might need replaced. Here is some stuff we did.Replaced both front wheel bearings (Timken)Replaced pitman and idler arm ( Moog)Replaced both inner and outer tie rods (Moog)New front brake rotors and pads. Auto zone Gold series lifetime pads,New rear rotors, pads and caliper. Replaced the caliper because the pins were sticking and the calipers did not seem to move well. So it was easier just to get the "loaded" calipers with all hard wear. Rear outer axle seals were replaced.New Amsoil gear oil in both axles and transfer case.New belt and upper radiator hose ( a hole rubbed in the hose from a bracket.)New antifreeze because of the hose repair.Fresh oil and filter in the engineNew tires and wheels ( Jr Motosport wheels)The dealer replaced the turbo vane positioner switch about a month ago. Some points about the truck: Factory limited slip rearSnow plow prep packageUpgraded factory cloth seats with fold down consoleAir conditioning Chrome rear bumperfactory cab lights (roof markers)Tinted windows ( Legal tint for Ohio)Fold up Atwood goose-neck ball hitchLine x liner sprayed along the bottom of the body of the truck. This goes under the doors and into the rockers. I've done this on 3 trucks now and I think it helps protect the body allot. Airlift air bags in the rearRubber bed matSpray in bed liner. ( not the best spray in liner job, My cousin borrowed my truck to move his camper. He thought he would pay me by taking it to zebart and having the liner sprayed in the bed and the windows tinted. I liked the tint but Ive seen better spray in liners. Not as good as rhino or line x. Some more stuff done to the truck. We put this truck about 4 feet in the air and removed the bed, exhaust, fuel tank, shocks, brake rotor and other misc stuff. We then spent about 3 days wire wheeling the frame, axles and everything else we could under the body. We the sprayed about 3-4 coats of enamel paint every where. Then we spayed rust proof spray in areas more prone to rust. This was the second time the under side was sprayed, I also did this when I bought it. I know its not going to make it last forever but you have to do something to help them last as long as possible.I am selling the truck because my son decided he wanted a Polaris Rzr instead and I am getting a extended cab truck. Anyone is more than welcome to come look at this truck. It is for sale locally so the auction could end at anytime. It is also driven still so the mileage could change. I will credit someone 800.00 for the tires and wheels if they don't want them. I could put some stock steel wheels with almost new tires on the truck. There was allot of work and money put into this truck to make it look good, last longer and be problem free. Not all the parts we replaced were bad. We just replaced them so they would be new. I will help in shipping in any way I can, just ask.Any questions please text or call at 440-563-6043Thanks Paul On Oct-15-12 at 04:01:22 PDT, seller added the following information: Update: It now has 120,000 miles on it. I put 2,400 miles on it over the weekend with a trip to Flordia.
