I bought this vehicle from Car Max with about 60K miles on it. The transmission on this vehicle recently broke so the car does not drive. Prior to this occurrence, the car had a lot of body work on the front of the car after being hit by a deer, in addition to engine, brakes and other parts being replaced. It was running quite well prior to the transmission going out. Between myself and my insurance company nearly 10K has been spent on parts and labor for this car in the six months prior the transmission failure. My feeling is this car would be valuable to a mechanic or someone with the means and/or know how to replace the transmission. The vehicle has been parked for 10 months while I finished paying for it, but I have turned it on intermittently to make sure the engine is running. The vehicle looks beautiful and the inside is also in good condition with no tears in the upholstery or carpet. I am including photos of the invoices from the body shop and dealer. The following parts have been replaced recently: 1) Harmonic Balancer 2) Front hood, grill, lights, emblem, heated spray nozzles 3) Radiator support 4) RMFD Power Steering pump 5) Steering angle sensor 6) Power steering lines 7) Control Arm bushngs 8) Tune up - spark plugs, wires, coil 9) Rear brakes 10) Tires replaced about a year before it stopped running 11) Radiator ( couple years ago) The following features do not work: 1) Navigation System (water damage to the computer under the passenger seat) 2) Passenger side speaker rattles 3) AC 4) The only body damage are some very tiny dings to the driver side door - see picture On Oct-15-12 at 09:30:51 PDT, seller added the following information: The car came with the following: 1) Cold Weather package (heated seats and windshield spray nozzles) 2) Navigation system - the gps and display should still work if the computer were replaced. 3) Standard safety features (abs brakes, airbags, traction control) 4) Radio, cassette player On Oct-19-12 at 05:24:39 PDT, seller added the following information: Correction - the car does not have a cassette player, I meant to say CD player.On Oct-20-12 at 10:14:44 PDT, seller added the following information: I totally forgot to mention that there is a small ding on the windshield (not a crack) on the passenger side near the edge. It has been there for 4 years, has never gotten bigger and has always passed inspection. I have included a photo. It could probably be patched easily with a windshield repair kit, I just have never done it.
