RARE 1984 toyota celica GT coupe. This body style was only made for a few years. I only see one about every 6 months or so on the roads. It was also the last of the rear wheel drive before Toyota switched to the front wheel drive platform. Of this style, I have read where they sold more of the hatchback model than the coupe. don't know if it's rare or just not extremely common. I'm constantly asked what it is and what year. Funny how it's just about 30 years old and people don't see them enough to know what it is. This Celica is just shy of 147K original miles. Always kept in a garage. The paint is IN AMAZING CONDITION. Very SHINY. ALL ORIGINAL. NO ACCIDENTS!! No rust. Never in an accident. All original. No cracks in the dash. Has no A/C. Powere mirrors, cruise and tilt wheel. All original Lights, Gauges, and Radio. Runs and idles perfectly. These 2.4 motors are bulletproof. All interior parts are still there. The center console top is not cracked or dented, which usually happens from the driver resting their elbow on it (I did not). The car drives and handles very well. I get 28mpg in mostly city driving. What's been done in the last year? New battery. Wires. Plugs. Always Mobil One oil & filter every 3k miles. Radiator hoses. Flushed radiator w/100 coolant. All belts. New gear oil in rear diff. New waterpump, New alternator. Close to $1000 in receipts over last 2 years. Fuel system cleaned, including injectors. This car can be driven daily. Currently registered. Email with questions.
