I am selling my 1975 Trans am. Very clean and great driver. 400 automatic with posi rear differential. Car is cameo white with blue/white interior. Paint is nice, no cracks in dash or seats. CD player with I-Phone connection. Very cold air conditioning (I just spent $386.00 to get leak repaired and charged). This car is a very nice driver and I carried it to one of the nearby car shows with 275+ cars and it won a sponsor's award. So, it does very nicely there too. Sponsor's words to me were that there are not many of the rubber bumpered Trans ams still around in good shape. Here are a few details on numbers matching car: 400 Pontiac rebuilt not long ago (before I bought it). Features an Edelbrock intake, Holley carb, and a small mild camshaft. Runs very well but not radical. I drove it 125 miles down IH 30 today (Saturday) with ac on and it never missed a beat. Car has Flowmaster exhaust hooked to factory manifolds. Sounds very nice. Turbo 350 Transmission shifts fine. Not sure when it was rebuilt but does not slip one bit. Clean underneath pan. I still have the factory intake manifold, Quadrajet carburetor, Air breather, vent hoses, etc. They will go with car. Interior is white seats on blue dash , seats, and carpet. No cracks in dash, nice console, and new carpet. All brakes were just rebuilt with new cylinders and pads. New B.F. Goodrich tires on restored Rally Wheels. I have beauty rings for them too. 4 brand new Monroe Gas shocks. No bouncing Car is an older resto that still holds its own at cruise nights and shows. I get thumbs up, people that want to take pictures, and general " I used to have one of these 30 years ago" stories everytime I get it out. If you have not priced these Trans ams lately, go ahead and look. My reserve and buy it now are way under what NADA classic car value shows to be. Underneath and trunk are clean. I bought the car while looking for a 455 car and now I have my eye on one. Trouble is that its twice the price of mine so I have to sell before trying to buy it. I have owned this car for 6 months. Title is clear. I did not pay for PHS documents. I have a factory set of 1975 plates on it. Looks like back in the day. Be cruising shortly if you win. Speedometer and odometer work fine but E-Bay makes you put a number in this odometer catagory. The only place that I can see that ever had a problem was just below where the heater core was. Looks like it leaked back in the day. Small deterioration there but looks like metal underneath the thin area. I dont know if it was patched or what. As I said in the description. This car is a nice driver car. Not a 100 point show car. I have pics of underneath if anyone wants me to send them. I also forgot to mention that I have the original owners manual intact with the other inserts that came with it. Thanks
