Vehicle Detail
I'm upgrading to a 2009 BMW Convertible and need to sell my old one, and refuse to accept the Dealer's lowball offer. In the last 60 days I have spent over $1,000.00 on maintenance type items and can give receipts - New tires, new battery, all new belts, and have been running Mobile 1 synthetic. The car gets between 25 to 30 mpg depending on how you drive. The new rag top was put on within last 3 years - it is in excellent condition with only 1 small scratch less than 1/4". I had brake pads and rotors put on 7 months ago. There is a small lien on the car with my credit union, and upon making payment - I will give car and a notarized receipt, and can have title in hand within (2) to (3) business days. The only issues with this car - other than obviously being a 1998 model with expected wear & tear: 1. Driver's seat is showing some wear - approx 3 to 4" area where some padding is showing through leather.2. Fog lights don't work - I've never tried to fix them3. The airbag light does remain on, but I have not had this looked at4. There are some dings/abrasions in the door panels, but nothing too major. Please ask any questions - I have 100% positive feedback and won't jeopardize that by selling a bad car. This car is also available for sale locally - winning bidder must make a $500 deposit within 2 days of auction end or negative feedback will be left. I won't accept bids from anyone without a buying or selling history OR if they have 2 or more negative feedbacks in the last 6 months. Full payment must be made for car when you pick it up - cash (counterfit pen will be used) or if paying by certified check the transaction must be done during normal business hours so your bank can verify the check. You would be able to make the check payable in full to my credit union for your security. The car is being driven on/off so mileage is subject to change. If you are not satisfied with anything on the car when you come to pickup - I will happily give your deposit back cash. The car runs perfect. On Oct-13-12 at 05:01:26 PDT, seller added the following information: I would love to sell the car this weekend (10/13) so if you can correspond with me and get to the $4K mark - send me a note, but the deal would have to be completed this weekend too. I want to pickup my new car on Monday!
