Up for auction with no reserve is a 1970 Opel GT 4 speed manual transmission with only 77,104 miles. Car is a 2 owner that was a barn find, stored since 1986. I started to take car apart ready for bodywork and paint but due to 8 month old son and now new job I have absolutely no time. I do have all the parts that I took off (see pics). Only thing missing is part of the back bumper I cannot find it and have no clue on where it could be. Looks like it had a previous restoration job done before but would have to be done again. Exterior has rust but all in all is pretty solid. Interior is in really good condition with newer carpet and solid floor boards. Seats are in good condition with only a tear at the seam (see pics) which can be easily fixed. Dash has normal cracks like they normally do. All glass in the vehicle are good with no cracks or chips. Has the original engine and will start but turns off after started being that it needs tuned up and carb to be rebuilt or replaced. Wish I could keep it but would hate to see it just sit in garage.
