Hey up for sale is my 1969 Firebird convertible. It's got the matching hurst 4 speed, with the matching 350 motor. Car has been sitting in a garage since 1988, and has Recently has been pulled out of hiding.When this car was last registered in 1986 it had 17000 miles on it and i have the registration from the original owner to prove it. This car runs, drives, starts and stops just like it should with only 37000 original miles. Not 137000, 37000 actual original miles. This is a two owner car. It has the rebuilt original 2 barrel carb along with all new fluids, spark plugs and wires. Car is great in shape and does look amazing for never being touched. This is not perfect. I was told that the car had been repainted in the early 1980s. I have been all over this bird with a magnet and have not been able to find any patches or bondo . At some point it looks like someone backed into something behind the license plate mount and dented what i think is called the gravel pan. It looks like a super easy fix to me. The top is in good overall shape but does have a small very fixable cut in it less than an inch long. The rear bumper has a dent in it but the car does come with a nice replacement bumper. This a a very solid car the only place at that is showing its age is some minimal surface rust in the trunk. This bird will make someone an awesome daily driver or an amazing easy show quality finished product with very little money! This bird is being sold AS/IS where is and i have tried to describe it the best i can,but i am human and may have overlooked some things.
