Thanks for looking. I have owned this truck for about 2.5 years now. I purchased it when the odometer read 127k miles. Since I have owned it, I mainly use it to tow my boat to and from storage, and to and from the lake during the summer. The past two winters It sat in storage, with the boat. Truck runs great, towed my boat 100 miles away to storage, and then back home yesterday. Didnt skip a beat. Truck drives nice and steering is tight. Cruises great at 60-65mph. About the truck. Let me first state, the truck can really use a paint job. It looks ok, but someone at one point installed all kinds of pinstriping on the truck, down the sides. It was on there when I bought the truck, and honestly, I hated it!! So I peeled all of it off. However, there is still residue that is there from the pinstripe glue. Ive had luck with this little tool body shops use, to remove the residue. It attaches to a drill, and made out of a material like a pencil eraser. Problem is, its a little time consuming removing it. Other than the residue from the decals, there are a bunch of paint chips on the truck. The sheetmetal is in very good shape. If I end up keeping it, rather than mess around, just get it resprayed. This truck with a good recoat will be mint. The chrome on the grill and driver side headlight bezel is peeling. I have a very nice oem grille that goes with it, and the headlight bezels are like 30 bucks here on ebay. This truck still has the original GM exhaust! From the engine to the tailpipe, all original. Never would have happened if this truck saw winter snow/salt. Dash pad original, and NOT CRACKED! This truck is from out west, absolutely rust free. The underbody is so solid. You can still see the factory primer coating on the underside of the bed and cab. Everything works, cruise, a/c, lights, signals, horn, cigarette lighter, gauges,etc. The only thing not working, is the power lock switch, from the driver side. Also, the driver side fuel tank isnt working. I had a new pump put in that tank, pump runs, but engine wont. Told it was the selector valve, about 70 bucks for a new one. Radio isnt working, its like theres no antenna hooked up or something. Never messed with it. Just static. Tires have decent tread left on them, but are older. They are all matched set of ''High Country'' or something like that, all terrain style. This truck must have had a 5th wheel at one point, as there is a cutout in the bed for it, and a plug for a 5th wheel trailer connector in the bed. Also has a 7 way RV plug at the rear reciever hitch, and a 4 way flat connector. It all works. Recent work to the truck. New rear shoes and wheel cylinders New front pads New Master Cylinder New rubber brake hoses (to calipers and over rear axle) New Starter A/C re-charged converted to 134. Newer compressor and dryer. New Heavy Duty 4 Row Radiator New Heavy Duty Fan clutch Rear Axle just serviced Options: Power Windows, Locks, Cruise, Tilt wheel, A/C, Factory engine oil cooler, TH-400 Transmission, 454 TBI fuel injected, 4:10 Dana 70HD rear axle, Camper package with auxillary rear springs, tow hitch, electric brake controller, HD engine cooling, 94AMP alternator, sliding rear window,pulse wipers, Camper style mirrors.
