1958 2-Door Cadillac Sixty Two Series Sport Coupe Model 6237 VIN #58G082989 The car is all original with no visible rust and is very clean. The car is very straight except for one dent in driver’s side rear quarter panel (shown in pictures). The odometer shows 28,875. It does run and drive nice, but the gas tank is currently disconnected because the latch on the driver’s side tail light that opens for filling the car with gasoline needs lubricated or adjusted. The car is currently being fed by a gas can. This spring we had the carburetor rebuilt and the brake shoes and pads inspected and adjusted by a car professional. However, the car’s brake booster does need a rebuild kit to be safely driven on the road. The engine runs well – it does not smoke or have any knocking noise. The transmission shifts well and functions properly. All lights and power windows work.
