Non-smoker truck. 2-6" scratches on tailgat due to the handle on a utility trailer. I have owned this truck for 3 1/2 years and have had no mech problems at all. I purchased it from a rebuilder that specialized in rebuilding all types of insurance vehicles. I took the initial risk that it was done right. Obviously, it drove and worked fine or I wouldn't have kept it this long. I bought it with around 28k miles and took it to 70k. The main difference between this truck and the average 2008 would be an ever so slight orange peal that a factory paint wouldn't have. There are a few scratches on the dash near the base of the windshield. So if your looking for a very nice 2008 Ram that is mechanically perfect, at a huge savings, this is your truck. Pennsylvania has already done the enhanced inspection over 3 years ago, so no problems titling this vehicle anywhere.
