Nice 69 resto for sale. The engine is a clone simile of a 302. This vette engine is a 58-62 283 chevy engine bored .030 equalling 287 cu. in. It has a mild summit cam, alluminum intake with a 600 holley carb. The gas mileage is good, & the performance is smooth & powerful. And this car was driven to car shows all summer long. Girls and teens remarked that the mettalic blue paint was nice. The interior is new as are the brakes(front disc) rear drums, & brake lines. The frame rails are/were intact, seemed good. There are new quarter panels, new front tires, & front rotors. Exaust system is new with custom tailpipes. Rockers are/were solid.New locks, new keys. Frame connectors are/were on this car.Seems the prior owner used this car for drag racing. Rear spoiler was not placed back on this car. There is a grab handle on the glove box area. Car is PA. inspected for safety & normal use. The mileage is true before restoration. I drove this car for approx. 1,500 miles going to car shows. Some events were out of town, this car performed well on the highway. Front end has new tires & was aligned. Handles well with power steering.Gas tank/sendng unit is new as are the lines, filters and rear shocks. Shock mounts were intact , did not need repaires. Overall the is/was some rust areas these were repaired. The trunk just needed small paching not complete replacement. Rear bumper has a dent, & there is no radio, although all factory wiring is original. I had a lot of fun with this car all summer long. It performed well,It should, The new parts & proper replacement made this car dependable, every day. The engine is exceptional ,concerning gas mileage & use. One can slightly hear the cam @ idle., the engine sounds strong thru the tailpipes.And the oil pressure is 60 pds. above 900 RPM, 40 in gear, with 10W-30 conventional oil. Nice old, first generation camaro, but not a trailer queen.
