You are bidding on a rare BMW R80 ST. Limited numbers of this bike were made and shipped to the US between 1982 and 1984. This bike has not been restored or rebuilt, but has been garage kept in good original condition. It starts and runs strong, and has been respectfully ridden on weekends. There are small touch ups on the paint here and there (see photos) that were done by previous owner. The paint around the front brake reservoir has peeled some, but I chose not to paint anything on this bike. It also comes with an extra custom Corbin seat and Windshield, original and spare key, original tool roll, tire pump and manual. - Also note that the rear main seal is beginning to to leak. This does not effect riding now, but will eventually have to be replaced. Please ask all questions before bidding. It has 25,513 miles, and a clear title. This bike is 29 years old and is sold as is. The warranty has lapsed. Winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
