1967 Pontiac GTO Convertible I am selling a 1967 GTO Convertible, all numbers matching 400 cubic inch, M-21 4 speed transmission, 3:55 Posi-traction rear. Fully documented Texas Car with original purchase agreement/ Original Bill of Sale for Pontiac Dealership!, Protect-0-plate showing engine numbers, transmission number to match the car!, original owners manual, Convertible top Manual, Warranty Book, Pontiac Diagram manual,Every Original inspection receipt til 1987 when it went into storage, original paperwork, etc. Survivor qualities include, near flawless original convertible top, beautiful original parchment interior, Original Convertible top boot with correct date codes, Original boot storage bag, Original wide oval redline spare tire, jack and tools, mostly original engine area. Gm hoses, clamps, etc. All Color codes are correct. Paint is the Regimental Red (code R) #1=white convertible top Code 224 Parchment Interior This car was purchased new from Vanice Pontiac Cadillac in Lincoln, Nebraska by Dr. Richard L. Kaura. In 1970 Richard moved to Texas and that is where the GTO resided until 1986. Richard advertised the car and the car was sold to a gentlemen from Cary, NC. Once the car made its way to NC a mere 650 miles were put on the GTO. The car was placed in climate control storage from 1987 til 2012. To get it running good, Fuel system had to be gone through and a new gas tank installed A complete Oem correct new dual exhaust system has been installed and complete tune up was performed. The car runs well. All accesories and lights work. Finding a GTO 4-speed Convertible this documented, this original, being the best colors, and from Texas is next to impossible to find.
