Vehicle Detail
I am selling my classic 1967 Pontiac Bonneville Convertible. This car has a 400 ci V8 engine with 12,000 miles on the rebuild. A partical list of new or replaced parts is as follows; RESERVE HAS BEEN LOWERED New windshield New starter New fuel pump New sending unit in the gas tank New Diehard battery New chrome air cleaner and valve covers New hydrolic pump for the convertible top New trunk pan New weather-stripping New rear view mirrors New glove box New real wood steering wheel New boot cover New Headlight Bezels New dual exhaust from the "Y" pipe back including two new mufflers, this thing sounds great!! Car cover goes with the car. Four period correct bias-ply white wall tires with five Pontiac Chief hubcaps (one for the spare). Interior is in very good condition with no cuts and little show of wear. This car is a head turner where ever it goes. This is a very unique automobile with appeal to collectors, everyday drivers, hot rodders and many others. The 1967 Bonneville shares the same sheet metal with the 1967 Chevy Impala which has a very strong appeal to the "hip hop" crowd at a much lower price. There is a very good business that can be run using this car. I have taken the bride and groom to and from the church on wedding days, taken prom couples to the "big" dance and even taken bachlorettes out on their night on the town (that was fun!). This car has a "Soprano's" trunk...........it can hold four bodies. Starts easily and has that great floating ride out on the highway, the kind of ride you remember from your childhood. According to Hagerty's a Condition #2 Bonneville Convertible is going for $24,300, a Condition #3 Bonneville Convertible is going for $12,700. This car is not a #2 but it is much better than a #3 car. I have had this car for 6 years and have taken it as far as I want to take it. I am selling it to move to the next project. The Bonneville is for sale locally and in many magazines. I reserve the right to end the auction early. email with any questions you may have or give me a call at 402-817-8282 ask for Doug On Sep-07-12 at 11:59:36 PDT, seller added the following information: I am selling my classic 1967 Pontiac Bonneville Convertible.
