This is a 1996 BMW that is priced to sell with no reserve. I recently married and we normally travel with more than two people and the car remains parked most of the time. I need to purchase a vehicle that seats at least four people. During this sell I will consider a reasonable trade in of up to half of the ending price of the auction. So if the auction ends at $3,000, I will consider a trade of up to $1,500. If it ends at $6,000 I will consider a trade in of up to $3,000. Please ask a question on eBay regarding the year make and model and reliability of the trade in. The car was purchased by me a few years ago. I am the 2nd owner. I have to admit that it was in a lot better shape than when I got it. This would be a great fixer upper for a young kid getting his first car. Red (the car's name) is a great car to drive and I receive many compliments on her despite her hidden flaws of which I will list. I kept popping the front bumper and I finally got tired of buying them, so I bought a LeBra to cover it the last time. It needs a front bumper. I can get in the car and go wherever I want, but I check the coolant before I leave because it ran hot on me once before and I put coolant in it and it stopped. The seats have tears so I use seat covers. The driver's side door handle is loose see picture. The tires are worn and new ones will be needed sooner or later. The glove compartment lock is stuck. The driver's side window does not go down all the way. Finally, the back window has been taken out. It will have to be sewn back. The plastic that zips in is there and has two small cuts on it. I know that seems like a lot, but I can repair it all for under $1,500 due to minimal labor fees. There may be other problems that I do not know about so the vehicle is being sold AS IS. The price is cheap and there is no reserve. You may test drive it and or review it prior to bidding. If someone wants a good parts car, this vehicle can be used for that purpose as well. HOWEVER, I WILL NOT SELL PARTS OFF THIS CAR, SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK! I may have to drive it periodically so the mileage may go up a little from what is listed. This is a very fun car for the right person. I drove it over 100mph once and got scared and slowed down. It ran smoother the faster I went. Happy Bidding.
