This is a repossessed vehicle that I am listing for the lender. I will attempt to describe the vehicle to the best of my knowledge of the history of the vehicle as well as my observation of the vehicle. Every effort is made to accurately describe the vehicle. Conditions are my opinion and may vary from person to person. The vehicles have not been inspected by mechanics unless stated specifically. Understand as a repossessed car there may be flaws that were overlooked in the inspection. If something is specifically important to you and not addressed in the description make no assumptions and contact me and we will discuss. Motor: The motor runs strong. We have driven the car about 60 miles with no issues. It is in need of an oil change. The “Service Engine Soon” Light is on. Transmission: The transmission seemed to shift fine. The car has good pick up and smooth ride. Body: The body is in overall good shape. There is a small dent/crack in front bumper (see pic). There is a small chip in front windshield upper corner passenger side (see pic). There is a sizeable scratch on front passenger side ¼ panel (see pic). Small place on rear spoiler (see pic). Small paint white paint mark on drivers door looks like from a car opening into it. Normal wear for this age vehicle. *** Notice the streaks on the car in the pictures is water from going thru the car wash**** Interior: The interior is average for the age. The seats are stained but no tears were noted (see pic). The carpet has several bad stains (see pic). Dash is in good shape. Car needs a good detailing. The leather covering is coming off of the steering wheel (see pic). Power options: The power windows and doors work with the exception of the front driver side window. The window was about 6 inches down when the lender recovered and I was able to get it up but it seems to slide down some. Prior owner appears to have had some tape on it to possibly hold it up. The A/C works but may need some charging to blow a little colder. There is an aftermarket stereo in the car with an in dash DVD player. The car had an amp and rear speakers in the trunk prior to repossession which was removed so no sound comes out from the radio due to speakers not connected. I do not know if the DVD player works. It says the screen is blocked for the driver's safety. It probably just requires you to be smarter than me. Tires and brakes: Tires are in average condition. Brakes need replacing as they scrub when you apply them. I hope you can appreciate the straightforwardness of the description. If you have additional questions feel free to ask. The buyer is responsible for any applicable sales tax or registration in their home state. The buyer is responsible for the pickup of the vehicle or arranging their own shipping. We will work with the shipping company to make process as easy as possible. Winning bidder is required to pay a $250 deposit via PayPal within 48 hours of auction close. Buyer must contact us within 48 hours of auction ending to make final arrangements. Final payment and pick up of the vehicle is to be completed within 7 days of auction ending. Payment method is either cash in person or certified funds. The buyer will receive a title, bill of sale, and T-16 affidavit of repossession. Remember these are used cars that the lender has limited history on. The only known is that the prior owner did not pay for the vehicle. Understand that as a used car there is a possibility of mechanical failure.
