VEHICLE OVERVIEW: 1977 Toyota FJ40 Land Crusier, stock original, in good condition is up for sale. HISTORY: History includes one previous owner where it was seasonally used at an Adirondack Great Camp, well cared for and garage kept. Currently female owned for past 5 years with only an additional ~2000 miles, also seasonally used, fair weather driven, and maintained by same mechanic as original owner. This vehicle is a true Adirondack gem that has never been driven in winter, exposed to road salt, or left the Adirondack region. This is a great opportunity to relocate this rare stock original and make it your own. CONDITION: -- Mechanically: Very good. Everything works well - gauges, electronics, lights, brakes, heater. Engine runs strong and always fires right up. Has been reliable, consistent, and appropriate for age of vehicle. No problems for inspection. --Body and Frame: Good to very good with minor superficial blemishes. Most recent painting was completed 2007 in Dune Biege. Under the hood and in glove box some residual red can be seen and is presumed the original color. --Doors and Floor: Solid and all original. --Odometer: Reads 29,048, actual miles unknown though as there is not a 100,000 column. Title states, "mileage exempt on vehicles 10 years or older." Original engine. --Work Completed ~2007-2008, new carburator, alternator, and radiator. --Tires: BF Goodrich, Baja Champion - excellent condition - 95% tread left. --Hard Top: On and in decent condition, slight peeling on front underside lip. Hard Top has never been removed by current owner. --Soft Top and Doors: Included and in good condition.. --Rear Seats: Excellent condition.
