Because of Ebay rules I had to list a title for this vehicle but Georgia was not a title state until 1963 so it is sold with a notorized bill of sale and other states accept that because they know what the law was back then. If this is a problem for you please do not bid. I sell all my old cars this way without a problem.I have owned this vehicle since the late 70's. I restored it during the 80's and it has only been driven 350 miles. The body is painted with black lacquer and the hard top is painted with Imron and the lacquer is cracking like old lacquer paint does but it still shines. The car has been in storage since the 1980's. I drove it about 10 years ago. My wife could not drive a stick shift so she would not attempt to drive it. The transmission is missing a relay to make it go into overdrive. I did not remove the body from the frame because my plans were to drive and enjoy the car. The car does not have a soft top but I do have a frame just never got around to putting it on the car. (no the top is not for sale) it goes with the car. In the pictures the fender skirts were removed to detail the car. they come with the car. It has the Coker wide white wall tires but they are dry rot and will need to be replaced if you plan on driving the car. I think the engine is a 312 but not sure and don't know how to tell the difference. There was not any major rust on the car since it is from the South. This car is sold as is. If you have questions ask before you bid or come look at the car. I want certified U.S. bank funds within three business days after the auction closes. Ebay wants everyone to use pay pal but I rather not because they charge 6% and that will be added to the final sales price. I will help with shipping from this end but shipping arrangements are up to the buyer. I have a friend who does all my shipping and is very reasonable. Let me know and I will put you in touch with him. He only has open trailer shipping. I will NOT reveal my reserve. Don't ask because I will not answer.
