powershiftkung Store This is our Volvo S40 that we are selling. My uncle bought this car from the original owner (his friend) in 2002 and it's been great to us. When he bought a new BMW, we bought it from him and I have been using it as an around town car to run errands with ever since. I've buttoned it up with several new parts to keep her running in top condition and it has been trouble free. Never crashed, no rust, never smoked in, no pets. Just a great car. With our two kids getting bigger, I've made the move to an SUV so we are hoping someone else can enjoy this as much as we have. New battery, ignition coils, spark plugs, turbo oil seals, engine mounts and some other tune up items within the past year. I also put new wiper blades two months ago, even the little ones for the headlight wipers. Just jump in and go anywhere. A/C is cold, everything works, always well maintained with frequent oil changes.Tires are about 2 years old and have about 80% tread left. They are Yokohamas. The brakes are also very good. Passes inspection always. Has a small tow hitch that I use to tow a motorcycle trailer with. While the car is in good shape, it does have some nicks and dings that come with a 12 year old car. I've highlighted as many as I can with the pictures, so just want to be upfront and transparent with you. The car is very straight, but by no means, is it like new. If you get it professionally detailed and buffed out, it will probably look even better. No trouble lights on or any funny stuff. Yes, it has a clean title under my name, ready for transfer. The transmission shifts fine, it is original and has never given us a problem. There is one key and remote. I know of no mechanical issues, it has been a safe and reliable car. Yes, it has side airbags and the whiplash protection headrests. No, the car has never been wrecked, all the body panels and paint are original.
