Vehicle Detail
An outstanding example of a true muscle car. The frame off restoration was completed in 1996. No expense spared. Only the front fenders were replaced during the restoration.....every other body panel, chrome piece etc. is factory original to the vehicle. The engine is a 1965 correct vintage 389 cubic inch with the correct tripower setup. The motor is non matching numbers. It was completely rebuilt during the restoration. It runs extremely strong...with less than 3,000 miles of driving since the rebuild. The original power glide transmission (which I believe to be available) was replaced with a 400 turbo hydromatic. It is much more drivable with this set up. The 10 bolt rear end is original for the car. An older restoration, but the car has aged very well. Always garage kept. It is a local trade in to our dealership. It is listed for sale in our inventory. The car in my opinion is priced below market value and may sell prior to this auction. PHS documents will be included with the sale of the vehicle. More pictures are available upon request. We have two sets of tires and rims...red line tires mounted on the original rims and a vintage set of two piece cragar ss rims with new bf goodrich radial tires. They have now been mounted on the car and look just awesome. An older restoration, but the car has aged very well. Always garage kept. It is a local trade in to our dealership.
