TOO MANY TOYS. .so this one has to go. .much as I love it 1980 Fiat Spider . . 2 liter fuel-injected twin-cam engine. .Body is very straight and never wrecked.. but needs a bit of smoothing in places and a paint job. . The heavy and ugly stock bumpers have been replaced with some nice light ones from a 69 model It runs GREAT. .smooth and strong. .always starts right up. .even in the dead of winter. .clutch feels good, and the 5-speed transmission shifts flawlessly. .and it just passed Utah inspection. . First year with the "bulletproof" Bosch fuel injection. .and only 77 thousand original miles.. . New tires, timing belt, master cylinder, water pump, fan belt, washer motor, wiper motor, fully adjustable American Racing seats , REAL canvas top, custom wheels, brake pads on all four, fuel tank and sender , fuel pump and filter. . NOT the typical spider rustbucket. .with intact floors and good solid frame rails The catalytic converter has been replaced with a small glass pack muffler. . Wood on the dash is in fine condition, but the dash top has cracks. .the transmission whines a bit for the first half-mile when it's cold. .. and it does drip a small amount of oil on the garage floor . .and the outside door handle on the driver's side has recently declined to participate. ..and. .the latches are off the wing windows. .but one of them is in the glove box. .and. .. there is no door key and no radio. and the battery that's in it. . .trunk mount. .is WAY too big, but that's the one I had handy clear Utah title. .VIN# 124CS 9000168904 also has a cheapo printed manual and a full factory shop manual on CD $2222.22 . .or make me an offer I can't refuseOn Aug-11-12 at 10:32:06 PDT, seller added the following information: It looks like I'm going to be rafting on the Colorado River at the time this auction ends tomorrow. .so. .if you win it and don't hear from me right away . . .
