NO RESERVE SALE RARE RARE RARE 1968 International Harvester Scout Pickup CONVERTIBLE For sale at NO RESERVE to the highest bidder is a very desirable 1968 International pickup (Scout 800) Convertible. It is hard to find these little trucks without a ton of rust. This one was recently repainted and has a nice simple interior. It has a removable hardtop that can make this a fun beach cruiser or great vehicle to take to the home depot on the weekend. It has a 4 cylinder motor backed up with a 3-speed manual transmission. Truck starts right up and drives good. As is the case with many of these early model pickups from International it comes with very few options; manual steering and brakes, a heater, wipers and a place for your radio. I did recently add new heater hoses for fall and winter use. Because it is small and light the manual steering and brakes work well along with the 4 cylinder motor that pushes the vehicle right along. Good tires with factory wheels and to the original look and authenticity of this period correct collectable truck. These trucks are becoming very hard to find and will only go up in value.
