This is a rare pull handle 1964 MGB. The car runs and has it's original engine. The engine does run, but has low compression on cylinders 2 and 3. Car was originally black with a black/white piping interior. The car is complete down to the correct air cleaners and cable driven tachometer, however some of the interior panels are missing. It does have the original seats and pull-handle style door cappings.I have rebuilt the carburetors, installed a correct MGB fuel pump, put in a good distributor. I also removed the gas tank, cleaned and flushed it, then sealed it with POR 15 fuel tank sealer. The tank is not back in the car. This MGB has wire wheels and a correct scissors style folding top frame. The MG needs rust repair (left floor, both sills and dog legs, right floor is not very bad) and is therefore a restoration project. A very good aluminum hood (bonnet) and a better early deck lid are included as well as 6 extra wire wheels/tires.This auction also includes the following repair panels:Heritage left floor panelAftermarket right right panelLeft and right rocker panelsLeft and right fender repair panelsLeft and right dog leg repair panels There is no title to this car (not required in Georgia when a vehicle is of this age), comes with notarized bill of sale and VIN verification form completed by a police officer.
