We are not responsible for smog, registration, or back DMV fees and taxes(these are the responsibility of the buyer! however we will contact the DMV and pass along the information given to us about what the estimated back fees (if any ) are applicable to you. We simply do not have the time to take detailed photos and have a mechanic look at these items and you should bid accordingly. If you have less than 5 transactions with EBAY we have the right to cancel your bid at any time due to the dishonest bidders in the past who have proven that new bidders have not contacted us after winning an auction to complete the transaction. These listings cost money and we would rather pass the money saved on relisting items to you the consumer. Deposits must be made within 24 hours of winning an auction and vehicle must be paid for and picked up within 7 days of auction end. We will allow you to pay and pick up at the same time without using paypal for the deposit if you pay and pick up within two days. Just contact us and let us know your intention and schedule a pickup time. All items are to be sold AS-IS without warranty both written or implied! We do not charge a documentation fee ! There is no buy it now price and the auction will not be ended early for anyone! We do not accept trades nor will we trade the vehicle you purchased for another vehicle we have listed here on EBAY.
