Selling this great, unmolested, unaltered 1989 Toyota 4Runner, SR5, V6 with a 5 speed manual transmission. It just had the entire top end of the engine rebuilt. Rebuilt heads(see photo),new head gasket set, timing belt, water pump, drive belts, oxygen sensor and pigtail(a must in these V6 engines), valve cover gaskets, you name it, it was done and with a receipt. It was also treated to a tuneup and oil change. The clutch was rebuilt at 187000 also with a receipt. The tires are pratically new, BFG, All Terrain T/A's. Not much left to do but enjoy this 4Runner. The top has NEVER been taken off. The interior is clean. The dash does have one small crack(see photo). The front windshield does have a few smal chips. After all, it is 23 years new. The paint has clear coat checking on the hood and the top(see photo and video). The rear glass goes up and down with ease. There is some surface rust on the lower left quarter(see photo and video). The Toyota alloys are in great shape. The chrome still shines on the bumpers. This is just one of those first generation 4Runner's that was cared for. 1989 was the last year and Toyota really saved the best for last. This is the SR5 version so it does have the tach and gauge package. All the gauges function properly. The 4wd functions properly(see photo of 4wd light lite on dash). Still even has the original AM/FM cassette still in the dash. It does not appear to have been off roaded. This is one of those vehicles that you can jump in and drive all day long. The A/C will need a recharge. All the A/C components are present. This gem will be sold for NO RESERVE. With all my auctions, a few rules. First, NO PAYPAL.
