1991 Mitsubishi Eclipse GST Project car. I purchased this car in 2003, and have been working on it off and on since then. My goal was to make 300 hp, and so I oriented my work around that. The turbo is the small 16g, the exhaust manifold and o2 housing have been upgraded and ported out. The intake manifold has been polished internally. The intake has been modified to include a front mount intercooler, and a 3" gm maf with a maf adapter. The maf adapter allows for better tunning of the turbo and engine. The fuel injectors were upgraded to 650cc injectors. The transmission was disassembled and inspected and I put a clutch pack on the differential to make it limited slip, to handle the higher hp. The fuel system has been upgraded to include a better fuel pump, larger braided fuel line to the pressure manifold which is mounted on a modified fuel rail, with a pressure gauge to monitor the fuel pressure. I had the car running a couple of years ago, however it was not building turbo pressure correctly, and so I started looking into a boost leak in the intercooler piping. I also purchased a wideband o2 sensor to hook up to the maf adapter to run the car based on air to fuel ratio, but haven't hooked it up, but will include it with the car. There was also a small oil leak at the return of the turbo oil to the oil pan, that I think just needs to be sealed better. There was also a small coolant leak, where I lightly hammered the coolant housing that takes coolant into the engine. It is a pin hole sized leak, that i purchased some aluminum brazing rod to fix, but I think also that a radiator leak stop will fix. There some hail damage on the roof, but not on any other parts of the car. I just got busy with other things, and this car dropped of the priority list for me to finish it. I purchased the car for $2000 back in 2003, and have put several thousand into it just in these parts. It could be finished out, or parted out and the parts used on another dsm. The car isn't in good driving condition, so will need to be trailered to it's new home. I'm including an extra set of wheels, that the car came with from a 300zx, and another engine that my friend gave me when he moved from a 94 talon awd turbo, plus all the parts I have for this car.
