Here we have up for auction a 1994 Dodge ram 2500. It is powered by the legendary 12 valve cummins turbo diesel engine, backed by an automatic transmission. This one has a lot of extras. It has a suspension lift (looks to be about a 4" lift) 3rd gen dodge oem wheels (tires are thin), big exhaust system, custom headlights, custom flat bed, and steel front bumper. The truck runs well, it shifts through the gears once it warms up, but does not want to go when it's cold. It might need some transmission work. The front end isn't terrible, but it is not tight either. The truck has a wiring problem and it won't charge the battery. You can jump start it and take it down the road, but if you turn it off it won't start again. It looks to have a new alternator. None of the gauges work, or the a/c. The poer windows do work, but the locks don't. It is missing the headliner and a few other interior panels. This truck would make a great parts truck, or donor vehicle for your cummins swap. The engine runs well and it does blow some black smoke when you mash the throttle. I'd guess the pump has been turned up. I got this truck at the auction, it was a repo. I have drove it down the the road, and parked it. I don't know every little detail about it, but I'd be glad to investigate for you to answer any questions you have.
