1960 Single cab in good condition.Within the last two years the truck has had a rebuilt engine,new brakes and new tires.The front seat in new,as are the headliner and door panels.have owned the truck since Sept, 2011 and have invested about $ 4000 in upgrades These would include rebuilt tranny, new shocks,all new front suspension parts and complete cleaning and repair of fuel tank. The local vintage VW repair experts (Peninsula Automotive) made the initial evaluation of repairs needed and all items on the list have been repaired. This truck is mechanically sound , but is not a show vehicle. If that is your intention please know that the truck has spots with filler. To make the truck perfect it should be properly repainted. All lights, switches,horn and even the heater works! This was a real work truck and in fact I still use it for that. The bed shows normal wear for it's age.
