This is not optional and must be made within the time stated. Up for auction is a 2000 Dodge Neon. The vehicle starts runs and drives that is all we know about it mechanically. The exterior has heavy paint fading and rear bumper damage as shown in the pics. The interior is dirty but not torn up. It has power windows and locks and all appear to function properly. It is missing the factory radio and has an aftermarket installed but just kind of laying in there.
