This is not optional and must be made within the time stated. Up for auction is a 2003 Honda Civic. The vehicle starts runs and drives. That is all we know about it mechanically. The exterior has damage and rust to the hood and damage to the rear bumper as shown in the pics. It also has some smaller dings and scratches on it. The interior is dirty but not torn up. It has power window and locks and all appear to funtion properly.
