The Isuzu Vehicross "VX" is a high performance off road capable vehicle manufactured from 1999-2001. It is a true 4x4 with a transfer case, but even in normal mode it features Torque On Demand All Wheel Drive. Only about 4000 were imported to the USA, and yet parts availability is solid due to internal similarities to other Isuzu models like the Trooper and Rodeo. This particular vehicle is in outstanding condition, a real head turner, and is suitable for use as either a daily driver or an off road adventure truck. I used it for the former and have never been off road in it. PICK IT UP IN PERSON OR I WILL BE HAPPY TO COORDINATE WITH YOUR PREFERRED VEHICLE SHIPPER ONCE YOU HAVE PURCHASED THE VEHICROSS.The good: - 2001, last year made. - Low mileage, only 74K miles, not too many VX under that available these days. - Outstanding interior condition, the two tone black and grey leather Recaro seats and what not are in just great shape. - Never "lifted" or otherwise used off road- Tires less than a 4000 miles on them- New full front brake job: Calipers, Rotors, Pads- Battery less than a year old still under warranty- No "oil burn" like a significant percentage of these vehicles are known for. No oil loss at all.Minor Modifications/Improvements: - Passenger side seat extender kit installed to give an extra three inches of access to the back seat. - WeatherTek wind deflectors on both windows. Paint is not creased, and it looks like it could pop out if you take off the interior door panel to get to it from the inside - Windows are a little slow going up. There is a minor modification that can be done to make these solid and smooth, I can provide info, which is also available on the very active VX fan site: http://www.vehicross.info/ - Sporadic OBDII code of P0440, which appears to be a false positive from one of the emissions sensors. No effect on engine performance at all.
