NO RESERVE AUCTION This is a fun-driving ‘27 T roadster. The metallic orange paint glows in the sun and under the street lights at night. The 1927 ‘glass body from the ‘70s is sitting on a 1928 frame. It is a beautiful combination of pieces that fit together perfectly. The engine is a strong running 3.8L Buick with Rochester four barrel carb sitting on a Holly intake manifold. Lakester style headers with baffles and turndowns give a mellow exhaust note. The Turbo 350 transmission shifts smoothly and is controlled by a Lokar floor shift. Rear end is a Dana 60 with new coilovers from Speedway Motors. The new front drop axle is held in place with new hairpins and coilovers. The front disc brakes and master cylinder are also new. The interior is covered with black vinyl on the seats and door panels with black nylon carpet. The chrome dash insert has Stewart Warner speedometer, oil pressure, fuel and amp meter. A new Quick Wire fuse panel was recently installed and all the headlights, taillights and brake lights work great. Wheels are chrome slotted mags with Michelin 32 x 11.50 R 15 rear tires. This is an affordable way to go cruising or to the local car show and walk out with a trophy. It always attracts a crowd any time you stop at the local burger joint or grocery store. The car handles very nicely and is fun to drive. With the bright orange color and perfect stance it will always draw lots of attention. Plenty of thumbs up everywhere you go.
