I bought this directly from the Chief of police of Lancaster County Pennsylvania PD.It was garaged since new as it is now.It was assigned to only one officer,who was the rank of Leuitenant.I have over $28,000 in highly itemized service records to give to its new owner.This car was a slick top when in service...meaning...not truly an unmarked and not truly a marked unit.It had no roof lights,and only limited vinyl markings.These were simply and easily removed using a hair dryer and left no marks.The car was then polished and waxed.The finish is like new.The car has a great carfax with no accident history.A deer ran into its right front fender and headlight a few years ago.That fender was repainted,no bodywork at all needed,and light replaced.It was not reported.It has no holes in the dash as some marked units have.Its interior is near new.Its body has 3 plugged holes.One on the trunk for CB and two on the roof,one from GPS and the other from a computer antenna removal.There is zero rust as seen,and zero fluid leaks. I have personally installed in the last few months:: 1.New dodge waterpump.2.New engine mounts.3.A factory hemi engine cover.4.Custom console that is mounted to the factory computer base.5.I installed the factory rear door actuator rods,so the rear doors can be used from inside and out.6.I just changed the oil and used synthetic mobil,with a factory oil filter from my dodge dealer. 7.I installed a Diablo sport predator tuner set for 93 octane fuel.It gives you total access to the cars computer for wanted adjustments.Its an incredible tool and with the new cars using the CAN system its needed for any true diagnostics.Also with this tune the car is incredibly quick.8.I bought a custom transmission dipstick,so you can check your transmission fluid level. To be picky and always honest:,at startup ,I can hear a slight exhaust manifold gasket leak that closes and goes away in a few seconds.Very common to these cars.This car is very fast.Actually faster than I ever thought they were.With the added diablo installed and 93 octane,its quite impressive.It has 4 matching high speed goodyear eagle rsa's with at least 70% life left.All brake pads are almost new,fronts do squeel some as they are known to do since these cars were new.They are the police issue pads that are stamped as such.It can be a pain driving this car at times.People obviously think its an active police car and will do 20mph in a 50mph zone in front of you for miles.No one passes it on the NJ Turnpike.A thrill for some,I find it can be a drag.A good side of it, I never get tailgated. I am selling because my son leaves for his freshman year in college in 2 weeks,60K a year,nuff said! I bought this car a few months back,tax title delivery and the things Ive added to it,have me into for thousands over my asking price.NADA trade in rough shape is 9300. I am certain this is one of the cleanest 2007 Dodge hemi police chargers with these miles around. That said,as with any used car,this car is not perfect.It is not new.It is sold as I bought it,as is.Any form of payment other than cash,must clear my bank before the car or title leaves my possesion.Please no nonsense....Deposit at auction close is a must for me to hold the car.If you cant or wont do this ,please dont bid.
