This is a repossessed vehicle that I am listing for the lender. I will attempt to describe the vehicle to the best of my knowledge of the history of the vehicle as well as my observation of the vehicle. Every effort is made to accurately describe the vehicle. Conditions are my opinion and may vary from person to person. The vehicles have not been inspected by mechanics unless stated specifically. Understand as a repossessed car there may be flaws that were overlooked in the inspection. If something is specifically important to you and not addressed in the description make no assumptions and contact me and we will discuss. Motor: The motor runs good. I have driven the car about 30 miles. It drives as it should. No warning lights on at the time of listing. The prior owner put the modified exhaust on it which sounds like it is high pitched. The motor when idling revs up and down from the 1 rpm line to the 1 ½ line. Transmission: Transmission seemed to shift as it should Body: The body is in good shape. There is a dent on the trunk (see pic). There is a dent under the driver door at the bottom of car (see pic). The gas door does not shut all the way. The car was originally maroon in color but is now black. Has recently been painted and the paint is very good for this year model. There is a crack in the front windowshield. Interior: The interior is in overall good shape. The driver seat shows wear and the cloth is worn. It has matching Honda seat covers in front. The rear seats show some wear from the age of the car. The headliner is vinyl and in good shape. It is missing the radio and the prior owner had put speakers in the car that was less than professional job. The car was owned by a smoker. The car does not smell but has ashes in the ash tray. The car needs a good detailing. Power options: Power windows and door locks work with exception of the driver side rear window does not go down. The a/c works but is not cold. Tires and brakes: Tires are in fair to good shape and are mismatched. There are no hubcaps. Brake pedal feels soft. No grinding or squeaking just soft. This car seems to be in very good shape for the year model. It would make a good starter car or gas saver. I hope you can appreciate the straightforwardness of the description. We will work with the shipping company to make process as easy as possible. Winning bidder is required to pay a $250 deposit via PayPal within 48 hours of auction close. Buyer must contact us within 48 hours of auction ending to make final arrangements. Final payment and pick up of the vehicle is to be completed within 7 days of auction ending. Payment method is either cash in person or certified funds. The buyer will receive a title, bill of sale, and T-16 affidavit of repossession. Remember these are used cars that the lender has limited history on. The only known is that the prior owner did not pay for the vehicle. Understand that as a used car there is a possibility of mechanical failure.
