Up for sale is a 2007 Ford Escape THAT DOES NOT RUN, THUS THE REASON FOR SUCH A LOW RESERVE. It's my girlfriend's car, and she asked me to list it on here for her, because she doesn't have an ebay account. The body is in great shape with only a few scratches and dings, but no significant body damage. The reason we are selling it is because it was run low on oil, and the motor started knocking. I'm not sure if it just needs a head job and timing set or if it needs a new engine. My girlfriend needed a car right away, so she went out and purchased a new car, and we just don't really have the space to tear it apart right now, so we figured we would see if anyone was interested in it. But, it has tires on it that were less than a year old when the motor locked, a recent brake job with rotors. However, the car has been sitting for a year or so now, so it will definitely need a new battery along with the motor, and maybe a couple other odds and ends. Obviously the car will need to be trailered/towed when sold, so buyer must be prepared to tow/or have the car towed. But, other than the motor issues the car is in great condition. If the car doesn't sell, I'll just wait 'till the fall, and put a motor in it and use it as a backup car. I'll be glad to answer any questions that you may have regarding the car, so please ask.
