Vehicle Detail

I want you to understand what you are buying since most of you do not live close enough to come drive it.  I have videos on youtube to show you the car starting and running, plus me driving it down the highway to help you judge what you are bidding on and potentially purchaisng.  I do not want you to come all this way and be unhappy!  SO ask all the questions you can think of and I will give you the 100% truth.  If  you have a specific question not covered in my description then ask me and I will take a look at that for you.  Again, I am not in the business of making people unhappy, but if you do not look at pictures and videos or even call me then It really will be your own fault if it is not what you thought you were buying. With all that said, here we go: Car runs and drives as is, but it will need the vacuum advance module which is kind of hard to find or the best thing to do is to just purchase a electronic distributor and bypass the old points system altogether!  The new distro comes with a new vacuum advance as well, so you will be golden!  Car has really strong motor and brakes are good to.  Turn signals work, brake lights, headlights (no high beam switch).  New plugs plug wires, belt, oil change, and I am sure I am forgetting something here.  You can email me and I will give you my number to call for more info.  It is a 1952 cranbrook with clear title that is drivable around town the way it sits.  It just needs the vacuum advance and maybe some adjusting on the rebuilt carb to fine tune all the new stuff.  I strongly advise the electronic distro ($195), THEY ARE WORTH THE MONEY!  I would buy it but I am not keeping it so makes no sense to invest any money in it when I drive it like it is around town.  But if I was keeping it I would have no problems spending the 200 bucks. This is a unrestored car, it will need upholstery work, body and paint work, and I am sure other things to be restored.  As it sits it is a daily driver for running in to town or what have you.  But it is not a interstate traveler!  Once it hits about 50mph or high rpm range in any gear the worn our distro will begin to bounce the points around and it will run like crap, I was told a new plate and points would fix it but If I mess with it its getting replaced with HEI!  It has all the power needed to climb hills and I am surrounded by big ones so I know.  It runs very cool and has good oil pressure.  Blankets on seats are not included!  It had matching tires but I got a nail in one the other day and put a cheap brand new tire from walmart on it thinking it would be a good spare when I found the correct matching tire.  I really wanted to find the original style wheels so I was not all that worried about it.  Front seat needs sliders under it as they are messed up (i got the seats from another car because this one had weirdo seats in it when I bought it.  I want you to understand what you are buying since most of you do not live close enough to come drive it.  I have videos on youtube to show you the car starting and running, plus me driving it down the highway.
