This is a Very Nice Original Rust Free Car from Texas. Although it Shines Good, The Paint is very thin and has small blisters from the Texas Sun. You can easily Find Riverias that don't need painted, but whats under that new Paint? This Car has the Original Thin Lacquer on it. See Photo of Engine and you will see the Paint on top of the Fenders. The Blisters are very small, but would need sanded off to repaint. The Door Jambs are Fine as well as under the Trunk Lid. and the edges of the Hood are fine. I purchased this Car about 7 years ago to build a Resto Rod out of it. Time and several other projects are keeping Me from getting to it, So I've decided to sell the Car. This Listing is a re-list because of a non paying bidder. Ask Questions before you bid and if you don't have the money, Don't Bid Please! All Sales are Final, This is an Auction. The only modifactions I have made to the Car is I installed a set of 3 inch lower Coil Springs to Check the Ride Height I'm wanting. I have no desire to jump up and down and now I know this is what I wanted and I would not use the Air Suspension I was looking at. To Me it Looks Great and Rides Fine for Me. I also changed the Exhaust and the Steering Wheel. These three things can easily be put back to Stock very easily. The Current Exhaust is all New Duals. I have recently, after 7 years of storage, installed a New Radiator,Water Pump, Rebuilt the Stock Carter Four Barrell and Cleaned the Gas Tank and a New Battery. The Car Runs Fine if your looking for a Classy Driver or a prime canidate for a Show Car, Your Choice. The Car comes with the Stock Steering Wheel, A New Stock Muffler and the Original Coil Springs. I'll Throw in a Power Vent Set up with newly Chromed Switch Plates. The Interior of this Car is exceptional. It has the optional Rer Seat center fold down Armrest. The Car also has the highly sought after Deluxe Interior. For those of you not knowing what the Deluxe Interior is, It is mainly the Large Arm Rests and the Wood Grain on the Doors and Quarters. The Standard Riviera has the Small Arm Rests and No Wood Grain inserts. This Car is Rust Free and thats Why I drove to Texas to get it. Finding a Rust Free 1964 Buick is nearly impossible today. Most are Patched up Rust Buckets. These Car are now 48 Years Old!!! Mileage; We listed 30,000Miles, But that is a Guess. The Owner said after taking the car out of 25 year storage, The Speedomer did not work. They replaced it with one they bought on e-bay and it reads 585 Miles. E-Bay reqiires a Mileage, So I'm guessing from the original owners description and the Condition of the Interior.On Jun-17-12 at 08:48:04 PDT, seller added the following information: The Factory Air works, but only blows cool air. It needs to be charged. I have had several questions about Driving the Car Home several thousand Miles. I really think the Car would get you home to California, But this is a 48 Year Old Car and anything can happen, just from age. I have been dealing with Old Cars all My Life and for the last 30 years, I have operated a Full Service Restoration Shop. my experience is...If you have a long distance to Travel, Save your self any potential Problems by Trailering the Car. One Little Item failing could strand you on the side of the road and nowhere to get parts. Lastly everone is asking about the Reserve. I don't give out reserves on e-Bay. It is for sale locally for $12,500.00
